    Whoever tries to subscribe to a comment gets the proper email, but when they click to confirm they get the message “Your subscription could not be activated, it may have expired” at the WordPress site. I have confirmed this using fictitious users.

    I saw old forums that indicate this may be Jetpack, and Jetpack did have a new version about a week ago.

    Any ideas?
