menu is displaced

I love this plugin and works great , i have only one issue with it .
While opening my site in the browser the menu is displaced below the header .
because the menu is transparent it looks like there is only Home page button , until you reload the page than menu jumps on the correct position .
Can anyone help ?
I am not sure if this is maybe in my browser or in others also
