Get checkboxes on same line

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble getting my checkboxes all to appear on the same line.

When I remove the ‘use_label_element’ shortcode text they go all over the place, but when I do use it they are organsied, but I want them all to appear on one line next to each other.

Any suggestions?

The site is https://www.maywest.com.au and the checkboxes are in the ‘Book a service or repair’ form on that page (Type of Work).
