    I see what you mean here. I will take a look into this and trackdown why it is no longer updating. Once I have a solution, I will update you here.

    The last version (which I know), where the field is updated is opentickets 2.1.0

    @skoda007 looking at older threads. wanted to make sure that your issue was resolved in the updates since.
