Fixing broken links after migrating site from Weebly to WordPress

  • Hi. Thanks in advance for any help. I am a beginner so please treat me like I know nothing! ?? LOL

    I made the switch from Weebly to WordPress. I manually moved all my posts (I only had 15) over to wordpress and then I moved my domain name over to my new site. I now have broken links because Weebly names it url differently the WordPress. When you click on one of my old links you get directed to my page but with a “this page is missing” note like so:

    https://lovenaturebaby.com/blog/how-to-prepare-to-hike-in-a-new-region

    I have tried to read how to fix this by redirecting the page but….I have failed so far. I have tried both the Broken Links and Search and Replace plugin.

    The above link I want to redirect to: https://lovenaturebaby.com/prepare-hike-new-region/

    Anyone know how to help!? ??

  • The first link you mentioned seems to be re-directing correctly, has this issue been resolved?

    Yes, I think I fixed the problem using an plugin called Redirection. Do you know if this will affect my page on google? Thanks for helping out! ??
