I need a multi-user calendar for appointment scheduling

Good evening.
This is the scenario: I have a group of tourist guides; every guide speak one or more languages.
I need a calendar that allows every guide to insert, edit or remove its own appointments.
Administratow must be able to insert, edit, remove and assign an appointment to a guide.
Administator must be able to search for a guide, looking for language spoken and availability for a certain day.

I’m pretty sure that no plugins is available, but there’s one that is similar to my needs?
