• Hello,

    congratulations great plugin.

Could you please help me in solving this problem?

When I activate “Autoblock” function in the plugin settings, clicking in the “Accept” button in the banner doesn’t work anymore. That’s because the link is empty: href=”#”.
If I deactivate the “Autoblock” function, it’s working again as designed.

Here is the missing link in href: https://snag.gy/p6Wu9.jpg
    This is the error: https://snag.gy/Wxrlp.jpg
This is where the error occurs: https://snag.gy/N2ww8.jpg

If you need to reproduce the error please let me know, I will enable it for your tests, I cannot leave the Auto block enabled right now.

As far as I know I have no plugin that manages the cache system.

    Thank you in advance

    Hi,
in that case the missing href means that you didn’t choose a valid page but the popup. The .js errors are not related to the plugin itself.

Try deactivating other plugins and check if it works. There may be a js conflict. Consider also to use a custom page instead of the popup for the cookie policy description

Hello, these errors appear only if I check the “Auto block” checkbox.
This plugin should have a role in it.

The error seems to affect the Theme “Impreza” form UPSolution, not another plugin.

The problem is not redirecting to a page, the problem is that if I have “Auto block” enabled, when I click on the “Accept” grey button, nothing happens. Thepopup stays there.

Could you please have a look yourself? I’ll leave it enabled for some time, I hope you could test it.

    It’s working now ??

    Unfortunately not ??

I just left it with the error one day, now a week has passed.
You can’t see the error becaause “Auto block” is disabled, not because it’s working.

If you tell me when you can have a look I’ll check the box, unfortunately I cannot do it differently.

Try contacting Impreza support. I cannot test that theme but i can assure that the plugin doesn’t block its button (in normal conditions!

Marco, that doesn’t make sense, I guess you don’t know how the support industry is working then… Impreza support will never support your button. It is your duty, not theirs.

Anyway, it is clear now that this is a non supported plugin, I’ll take it as it is, nice job anyway.

It is an unresolved topic after more than 4 weeks.

You are talking about two GPL products with the same license.

One you paid for (right?). One you didn’t.

Where you should expect better support?
    free=supported and paid=unsupported?

Please note that the plugin runs on 50k+ websites without that conflict.
