paypal simple shopping cart error

I’m getting an error message when attempting to use paypal simple shopping cart. I get PRICE VALIDATION FAILED! error message. I’ve done research, and it appears to be a cache problem. I’ve installed and run super cache plugin, cleared cache, and web browser cache. Still getting the error. It ran fine up until recently. HELP, PLEASE!
