Add 2 custom fields on product page with popup

I’m seeking a plugin, that can do this trick. If possible?

Also looking for a way in functions, if that is possible. I prefer this i must say.

There is these 2 buttons below the “L?G I KURVEN” button. 2 blue buttons, which is containing popup function.

Is this possible in wordpress, and how?
