Address in Wrong Order & Problem with Geolocation

First off great plugin! I’ve been messing around with it for the past couple of days and so far loving it.

One of the issues I have is that it shows the number and the street in reverse order.

For example:
Stone Way Avenue N, 3450
98103 – Seattle

When it should be:

3450 Stone Way Avenue N,
98103 – Seattle

The other is in the footer, even thought I entered a longitude and latitude, it always shows:

There is a problem with Geolocation. Then the city I entered.
