Desperate trying to complete Facebook Auth

First of all, hello and thank you for your time.

So I have been trying to Add my facebook account but I had no success so far.
I tried both methods, the one showed in the video and the instructions after you activate the plugin. The problem comes nearly at the end of the process. When I click Authorize APP and I give permission on facebook and when it returns to the wp dashboard it gets stuck loading at “Choose a profile or Page”. I have tried to delete the app, start again, deactivating all my plugins…but nothing
I have seen some other users posts with this message but I haven’t seen a response.
I would really appreciate some help here.
I am using wp 4.4.2 and ROP 7.2.
