Lost with replace text/subscription form

My good buddies, I have the following problem:

I used a newsletter plugin that needed something [newsletter_subscribe] inside the post to display a subscription box…

Then I download mailchimp, and it requires something like [newsletter_45132] instead, so it’s clear I have an issue here…

What could I do? I tested Text Replace plugig and it totally failed.
