    No there is no way to do this automatically, yet

    Files must be copied via FTP an database changes have to be transfered with a separate plugin like wp migrate db or you simply repeat the changes you did on your staging site on the life site. This is often much easier…

    Fair enough. Thank you! If/when that option becomes viable it will definitely be a useful feature.
