Pulling Title / Excerpt from another post?

    I have a weird issue where my podcast feed is pulling the episode title and excerpt from another post (not even a podcast episode) on my site. Thought this might have to do with a recent activation of W3 Total Cache, but when I purge the cache, deactivate W3, and update the Episodes in question, nothing changes. I added /podcast/ /feed/ and /podcast-download/ to the pages not to be cached also. Didn’t seem to fix anything.

    As you can see, 3 of the episodes are pulling from a non-related news post.

    Any thoughts on how to fix?

    This definitely sounds like a caching issue on your site as that is not normal behaviour. It could also be due to some other plugin conflict, so I would recommend that you deactivate all of your other plugins and test this again to see if any of them are causing an issue with the feed.

    If that doesn’t work then there’s a good chance that the caching issue is caused by your host and not one of your plugins. Either way, this issue is not coming from SSP.

    Well, I switch over to PowerPress and the feed works perfectly. Not sure what’s up with SSP and my WP setup.

    Anyways, just wanted to say thanks for your help nevertheless.
