Layout gone peculiar!

    I have suddenly lost the header and acquired a massive footer menu in the Directory Theme, which seems to have been updated.
    It also insists that I have two menus.

    Here is the old version and as you can see, the revised version is quite different. HERE.

    I tried deactivating ALL plugins and it made no difference.
