After you have created menu, you can open page
yoursite/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpglobus_options&tab=1
find option ‘Language Selector Menu’ and
choose the navigation menu where the language selector will be shown

thank Alex, I fixed it going to the editor and adding

register_nav_menu(‘header’, ‘Header Menu’);
register_nav_menu(‘ad-menu1’, ‘Ad Menu One’);

inside of the function.php
