Letting Users Pick own PW’s @ registration

I just installed wordpress works fine untill you try registering a new user…

I’m NOT receiving emails for wordpress.. I’m pretty sure e-mails work but… I tried a user with name test and an email. It said the regular check your e-mail thing but I never received an email…I didnt recieve a email when I setup wordpress either…

Then I just thought.. why not completely eliminate the process of getting an e-mail..

A way for users to pick their password when they register.. thanks in advance
