Confirmation email issue

Hi,
After a successful sell, the confirmation email that I set up don’t go to the customer.
Do I have to configure smtp setting somewhere ?
The only configuration that I see in your plugin is:
Email Adress: I put my email adress
Email From: I put the name of my websiteThanks!
