Can't select icon file or drag/drop in Thumbnail management

    Hi
    Love the plugin – just what I needed BUT I can’t seem to customise the icons. When I go to Thumb Management and try and “select file” or drag and drop and icon file, nothing happens.
    I have gone in to the Media Library and selected something to add into their and that wordks file. It also won’t work if I go into the file and then try and add the Document Icon there.
    What am i doing wrong? or have you heard of this before?

    I am using version 4.1.14 – on a mac with chrome. Have tried other browsers too and deleting and installing but it just won’t bring up a box when you click “select file”
    Please help!

    Hi Crunch Monkey,

    If you disable all other plugins and switch to a default theme (maybe WordPress Twenty Sixteen), does the issue resolve itself? My guess is you have another plugin or custom theme that is not behaving resulting in Document Gallery not working as expected.
