when a Contributor post , I get no notification .

Hi there ,

I made a new user role , Contributor for posting ,, but when he do a post , I get no email say that there is a new post ,, so I have to login my dashboard as an admin and see the last posts and give them OK ,,

is there any way to send a notification to the admin when any Contributor post a one ?
