Invalid "To" e-mail address error
-
Hi, I’m using Jetpack’s Contact Form plugin along with Postman SMTP to send emails.
Most of the emails I have sent via the contact form have worked fine, apart from three: the only difference with these three is that two of them are from a hotmail account, and one is from a ymail account. (One of the ones that did work was from a @yahoo.co.uk account.) When I say “from”, what I mean is the email address that is inputed in the “Your Email Address” box in the contact form.
When I initially checked the Postman SMTP Email Log, all of the emails were shown to be Sent. However, when I clicked “Resend”, I got the following error message:
Invalid “To” e-mail address “a:1:{i:0;s:31:”[email protected]”;}”
I get this error message even when clicking “Resend” on the ones that initially DID work.
Connectivity test returns no errors, although it does show the warning: “Warning: connected to yahoo.com instead of co.uk.”
