Yoast SEO doesn't recognize keywords in my text or headings

I have noticed recently that Yoast often has a hard time picking up the keywords in my posts. In my latest post, Yoast is telling me that I don’t have the keyword in my post or headings, even though I copy-pasted it directly from the “focus keyword” field in Yoast. It does recognise keywords in my title and meta description.
Anyone knows what is going on here? The post in question is this one: https://thefitblog.com/salmon-shrimp-pasta/
The focus keyword is “Salmon & Shrimp Pasta” (I know it’s not very good)
