After update-reset configuration items in file

    Updated my site at https://www.heysaltylady.com. Said it couldn’t update then. Moved on to other things came back later to login and found this error:
    The file ‘wp-config.php’ already exists. If you need to reset any of the configuration items in this file, please delete it first. You may try installing now.

    I’m not a programmer. I have no idea what this means or where to begin. But need site back up.
