Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_product()

    Hello,
    That issue can be caused by 2 things:
    1-Do you have woocommerce installed and active on your website?
    2-Are you using the latest version of woocommerce (or at least 2.4.5)?

    1 = Yes
    2 = My wc version is 2.1.12, because this wc version is good for the language plugins what I use for my webshop. Newer wc version is not working with my language plugins…

    Can I get an older version Product Designer? (Can run on wc 2.1.12)

    I’m sorry but our plugin works only with recent versions of WC (at least WooCommerce 2.3). And a quick advice: avoid to update your installation due to plugins which don’t work on recent versions is a bad practice that can get you easily hacked or worse.
