    Hello,

    I have some issue when create event. I have used buddypress.

    1. When Subscribed user successfully created event after Ticket Option data not save in “wp_em_tickets” table also in frontend booking button show “Sold out”.

    2. After Successfully created event page not redirect to “My event” page.

    Above both issue not appear for admin

    Which version of Events Manager, BuddyPress and WordPress are you using?

    Events Manager : 5.6.2

    BuddyPress : 2.4.3

    WordPress : 4.4.2

    just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems
