Try reinstalling the theme. looks like some necessary files are missing, like this one:

What’s the best approach to re-install your theme? Should I do a FTP and overwrite the theme’s folder with the new theme?

I did the re-installation but I still have the problem. I opened my website in different computer and I have the same problem.

I also opened on my smartphone Android, and I got a weird Chinese letters, I have print-screen please take a look:

This is what I did, I installed manually using FTP.

@tborges2015 In that case you will have to contact your host and tell them that the files are being removed automatically and tell them to fix the issue.
