Can't access www.remarpro.com site

    Hi,

    When I goto my www.remarpro.com admin log-in page I log-in and then it directs me to my blog dashboard, where I can’t upload my own custom theme. How do I keep my domain mapping up and be able to see the .ORG dashboard? I’ve made my Bluehost domain my primary domain already. So confused.

    Please help! Thanks.

    Confused too. Need more information.

    Why can’t you upload your own custom theme? What’s stopping you? Is there an error? Something missing?

    Are you not using FTP to upload/edit your theme? If not, why not?

    Also, you mentioned “domain mapping”? What do you mean by that? Is that a separate problem? How is that relevant to you not seeing the WordPress dashboard? Could you outline what that problem is in more detail?

    Is this actually two separate problems you’ve put in one request?

    So, I’ve contacted Bluehost and they said they have changed the domain mapping to point to their servers, which points to www.remarpro.com I believe. Still I get redirected to my WordPress.COM blog site instead of my “mydomain.com/wp-admin” dashboard.

    Should I cancel my WordPress.COM blog and plan? That’s still active.
    If so, how do I do domain mapping on my .ORG site? I tried and it told me I need to buy it, but how do I if I can’t log-in?

    I am looking for WooCommerce to be used on my website and domain mapping – do I need to buy a WordPress.COM Business Plan?
