Add images to Result and Scale Descriptions

Kudos to your plugin! It works really, really well.

Questions:
Is there a way to add an image/s to individual Results and Scales. Right now the Description field are only text fields and media cannot be added. We need the corresponding image to appear, depending on the result.

Is this possible in the core plugin by adding HTML tags? Is this possible in the Addon “Save Results in PDF”?
