Master Slider Fullwidth Images Cropping

Hi,
We Checked your slider and it works well.
But if your problem still exist, you need to check these settings also:
1. In the Slider tab > Background > Fill mode : Fit.
2. In the Slider Settings turn off : Automatically crop and resize slider images based on above size.

The above did not fix my issue. I have landscape and portrait orientation images on my slider. I have it set to the exact options above. Is there a auto resize (NO CROP) option in the pro version? I did not see it listed on the pro features. If not my only option is to specifically resize images just for the slider which yea a little more time I have to spend but I am more than willing to spend the cash for the pro version if it had this.

When you use Fit mode, your images will not crop at all.
If you want the option that change the size of your slider according to your images, We Master Slider doesn’t have this feature yet, But we are working on it and in future updates this feature will be add to the slider.

Tried it but the image are not all the same size. Only option is to resize specifically for the site’s masterslider in order to look and work smoothly which can work if I took more time out of my day to work on that. But would prefer in paying for this feature to save that time. Such as auto resize without crop, like how Sly galleries are like from themeforest? A sample can be seen on https://www.ChrisAdvalProductions.com/cms but sadly they do not have a plugin, its part of their theme which I do not want to use anymore.

Hi, The demo that you mentioned above is a carousel and at this moment we haven’t this feature.
But in the future we will add this feature to our Slider.
Till that moment you can use “Owl carousel” plugin.

I’m having a similar issue and I nothing I’ve found in your support documents has helped me figure this out.

Some background: I hired a web development company to put together a website for my organization but they’ve turned out to be a total nightmare. After 6 months and 20K down the toilet, I’ve taken matters into my own hands and am trying to fix what they can’t (or won’t) – the biggest of these issues is our homepage. The developers decided to use Master Slider to create our homepage but the main image is cropped oddly and no matter what fillmode or slider settings I experiment with, nothing changes.

I’m desperate to get this site launched publicly. Any help would be greatly appreciated – The site is https://www.electromotivela.com
