remove text "about the author" on posts

Hi there,

i would like to know i can remove the text “about the author” in the end of every post.

i already added this in the css:
.blog-author { display:none !important; }

this results in removing the in removing the box but the text about the author still appears.

in a older version ive managed to fix this by removing the text in the editor but i just updated the theme and i cant find it anywhere.

is there a way?
