Better filtering for plugins/themes

Finding plugins and themes is maddening. You can either search or filter by popular but not both. You can’t exclude plugins that haven’t been updated in a long time. There is no way to sort a search by most installs or most recently updated.

So…request:
Add the following functionality to plugin search:

1. Sort results by parameters including number of installs, number of reviews, average review, most recently updated.
2. Create search criteria to exclude results based on the above parameters.
3. Allow searching within the current results
