Blue (error?) panel at checkout. Go away!

    At checkout (using storefront theme) blue panels with a bunch of text appears below the menu. Transactions work fine. Here’s a link but in case the phenomenon does’t repeat please see the example below of the text in the blue panel. How do I make this blue panel go away? Is it an error? I don’t know much about WP btw. Thanks for helping.
