Built form, but it doesn't appear on Landing Page

    I created my form in Constant Contact Form Builder. The form ID =1. When I went to update my Laning page with the shortcode, the form does not appear. Amy I using the correct shortcode? Here are the versions I’ve Seen in your documentation:
    [constantcontactapi formid=”3″]
    [constantcontactapi formid=\”3\”]

    I’ve tried both and neither works. What am I doing wrong? I’m on day two of trying to figure this out. It can’t be that hard.
