    Hello,

    My website is https://tempblog.prozis.com and on every sidebar of every article I have your plugin widget.

    I have double opt in ON, and when I try to add my email I receive pop up “you have successfully….. please follow the link … etc”

    The problem is that I never got anything on my email, tried with GMAIL, and other mail servers…

    By your instructions I’m not sure if I need to set up any CRON JOB? If I will need can you tell me what should I say to IT department? Every hour CRON?

    If it helps at all, I found all the mail in the gmail spam folder.

    Are you saying your subscribers are not receiving welcome email or any emails? Did you check your spam folder? Have you checked your email log file and email send log is recorded in it?

    I ma using Email Subscribers plugins but when user is subscribing they are not receiving emails.I have installed the plugins and acivated but its not working.

    Is there any thisng else i am missing.

    Hi,

    Are you saying your subscribers are not receiving welcome email or any emails?
    Are you using latest version of Email Subscribers (v3.1)? Did you check your spam folder?

    Also, please have a check with your Host Provider if they have not blocked anything or emails are not getting bounced back? You can also them to check in email log file and if send email log is recorded in it.

    yes i checked its updated 3.1 but its not working.I want to know is tehere configration needed for Cpanel of hosting? confuse now.

    Hi,

    If you have setup notifications to be send vi cron, then only you will need cPanel settings which you can check from here.

    No i tried cron setup but host provider saying they are blocking spam mails that is why i can’t send mail from my site. I tried other option also but it says mail sent but subscriber not getting mail.

    Please help me.

    I also configured the crone job settings on server.

    That is the reason your subscribers are not receiving emails because your Host Provider is blocking all the emails.

    Hi, I have the same problem with gmx email adresses. The envelope-from is different to the header.from. gmx do not accept this. It would be necessary to use Mail like this:
