    Hi Bas,

    Mate have almost tried everything but the logo isn’t showing up. I had tried commenting/deleting the changes mentioned in various support forums but it doesn’t seem to have any effect on the same. I also gave $image_url a static path but still the logo isn’t showing up.

    Strange thing is that if i enable mPDF Debugger, the logo start showing up on PDFs.

    Anything on the same will be highly appreciated mate.

    Lind which version of the plugin are you using? Please update to version 2.4.1 and your problem will be resolved.

    Dear Bas,

    I created a couple of invoices with the same and they were showing the logo but this morning once i checked it again by generating a sample invoice, the logo wasn’t there again.

    I think its a bug. I will work on it myself as well and will post if i found it. If you can guide me towards looking at a particular instance of a code, i will be able to debug it a lot quicker.

    Please take a look at this topic. I think you should enable php-gd or install it when you are on linux or you could just try to convert to jpg.

    Let me know if it works. When I know the problem I can fix it once and for all and bring out an update. ??

    Hi there. I am having the same problem of the logo not appearing on the invoice – just get the ‘x’ box. If i enable mpdf debugging it no longer generates a pdf. Also, i am not seeing the paid watermark on completed (paid) invoices. Appreciate your advice.

    I have the latest version of WP and your plugin.

    @szeeshanali did you try the possible solution?
    @anthonyherbivore did you set ‘WP_DEBUG’ constant to ‘true’? You should see an error.

    Take a look at this link.
    Basically add WP_DEBUG to wp-config.php file and you will start to see errors if they exist.

    Aha. Activated that but unfortunately I can no longer complete the ordering process to check for an error. Seems the payment methods are no longer active to can test and order to view invoice.

    I do have one error displaying but the payment system has been working fine until i activated Debug. That message is: Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /home/[removed]/public_html/literacyinnovators.co.nz/wp-content/plugins/poli-payments/poli.php on line 157

    @bas, sorry mate i was busy in an event on the weekend. Will test it today and post to you in 24 hours here.

    @anthony, just uncheck mPDF and see if the error goes away. Although the error which you have enlisted doesn’t seem specific to this plugin, but i have a personal experience that if you enable mPDF debugging it seems to through a JSON error on Woo checkout in versions 2.4+. Will try to work out a solution in 24 hours. Stay tune mate :-).

    Hi, I’m having the same issue also, only the red cross where the logo should be. I have tried it in all different variations and sizes, but still nothing. I am really keen to resolve this. Thank you
