Hello, We’re using the UWPSQF plugin to limit the search to just a custom post type, but I’m getting users letting me know that it’s now not providing results, instead loading a copy of the webpage into the div where I have the search results set to load.

I’ve logged into the site, check the plugin, check the search form it generates, check the shortcode where it’s embedded in a sidebar widget, and resave everything and try a search and it works top notch for me, I get results in my predefined div. Thought it was fixed, but it looks like it’s still not working for other users, and trying a search in an incognito window, I think it may have something to do with either log in status, or some sort of redirect.

The site is on a larger Multisite install, and I’m not able to do an uninstall/reinstall without running through tech support channels, so if you could provide any insight on what else to check or leads I can run down with my administrative devs, I would appreciate it. Search page url is https://www.ies.ncsu.edu/courses/

I’m also seeing some stuff in console that looks kinda like the AJAX is going weird, though not 100% sure about that, it’s just Failed to Load Resource with some cast_sender.js string, which I only see some 2014 Chrome bug issue reports with in a quick search.

This plugin was created for single WordPress site installation. Never tested with multi site, so I don’t know if it working or not. If you insist of using it, here are the suggestions:

1.Maybe it is your theme that got the problem, try switching to default theme to see if it is working.
2.Plugin conflict, deactivate some plugin to see if it working, especially those require membership authentication.
