How to do “Read more on (Article Title)” instead of “Read more on this entry”?

  • I tried to make the link to inner page with article title. Here is an example for things I wanted

    Article Title : How to make fun

    when article have to be continue, I would like to use this

    Read more on How to make fun

    instead of

    Read more on this entry

    How can I do that?
