Compact Template Questions

    Thanks for a great plugin and template – just what we needed to get ready for our site launch date!

    I have a couple of questions:

    1. The table for people who subscribe (wp_cscs_db_subscriptions) has a column for “name”. Can this field be added to the page to capture name information?
    2. The contact form is not sending information to the address that is configured on Contact form section. Where is the form configuration set up? FYI, the site also has Contact Form 7 installed
    3. When the contact form is submitted, a confirmation message is displayed “Thanks for making a sound” Where can this text be changed?
    4. I’ve added URLs for our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts, but these are not showing up on the page

    Since Posting, #4 item is resolved, would really appreciate help on item 2 which is a blocker. Items 1 and three would just be helpful to know

    Hi @gmorgan1,

    Thanks for using IgniteUp and our Compact template.

    1. Yes some of our templates has a Name field in it and the column is to set those values to your database.

    2. IgniteUp is sending contact form email to the email address you have given under the Receive email address option in the Common Options tab of IgniteUp options page. Do you have any SMTP or mail sender plugin installed? I checked your site and couldn’t see any error with your Javascript. If it’s not sending, it should be on server side.

    3. We are really sorry we have missed it in the development. For now, you will have to edit template files to make changes. You can find it in the 24th line of template\js\contact_me.js file. We have noted the issue and will get you a fix soon.

    4. Are you sure about this? Did you fill social links under Social Icons in Common Options tab of IgniteUp options page?
