How to Add Product Category to a page

    Please i am very much new to WordPress and Woo-commerce, i am working on a woo-commerce site but i have been trying to get a particular product category to appear in the page i created for such eg:
    in wwww.calhealthyliving.com i created Navigation menu like this

    Products Categories
    -Chinese Herbal Medicine
    -Food Supplements
    -Cosmetics
    -Body Testing Analytical Machines and more i have also created pages representing the sub menus but my problems now is how to make a particular product category created and products assigned to on it to appear on the corresponding page when click on menu. any useful help will be appreciated

    Why do you need pages? You can link directly to the category archives.

    Thank You I was able to see that i can add categories and sub categories to my menu thank you
