Hi. I have just set up a Contact Us page and found that there is a banner automatically created after the menu bar and it displays the Page title as well as for some odd reason, the Site Description. It also contains a background parralax image. Where is this found in the theme settings? Then directly below this “header/banner” the breadcrumb follows and the Page title yet again?

I would like to keep this “banner” (managed to hide the site description with CSS), yet I would like the second page title gone. Inspecting this element, it is rendered as a blog post title? On a page? Attempts to hide this title hides the site-wide blog posts titles as well.

If you look at the <body> element in your Inspector tool, you’ll see that amongst the classes in that element there is a unique class. The unique class, e.g. ‘page-id-58’ is useful if you want to create CSS styles specific for a page.

Thank you Andrew. That worked a charm! One can never stop learning here haha.

For those who don’t know how, once you have inspected the body and found the page ID (example. page-id-22), simply use .page-id-22 followed by the actual CSS. This will in turn specifically target only the page in question.
