Loading animation does not go away even if the image is loaded

I found that the loading animation does not go away if the image is loaded. Specifically, this occurs on images that have transparent backgrounds, but I didn’t find this happening on images without transparent backgrounds.

Is there a way to fix this and remove the loading animation? Thanks.
