    Hello! Good night everybody.
I have a problem that is driving me crazy, he started today and in the middle of some settings I’ve done, I’m trying to add an item to the cart but he always appears empty, it just works for me logged in.
When I try to enter from another computer or mobile phone does not work, no matter how many items I put, it always appears empty.
Any information that is necessary for me to help me say it public at the time.
If they want to see live the mistake my site is https://www.bravebrand.com.br.

    Thank you.

I am having the same issue. I updated my site with a new woo theme (storefront) and updated woocommerce to the latest version. When I am logged in, I can add items to cart, but when not logged in, nothing goes into cart. I did notice that two tables do not exist:

    woocommerce_sessions Table does not exist
    woocommerce_api_keys Table does not exist

Could this have something to do with the problem, and if so, what do I do to fix it? Please note: I am not a technical expert, and need step-by-step instructions how to fix.

    Thank you!

Disable WC and re-activate. The tables should be created automatically.

if they are not, see if your server error log explains why. The database user you have setup may not have permission to create tables.

    Mike Jolley,

I made the switch, deactivated and activated and did not return, already excludes many plugins and changed many things, but nothing back.

Varies per host. See if the host has documentation or can check for you.
