Shortcode not functional

    Hi team,

    i have been trying to use the shortcodes on my website, and vendor specific shortcodes dont function.

    example: [wcv_recent_products vendor=”VENDOR-LOGIN-NAME” per_page=3]

    can you please confirm what precisely should we enter under VENDOR-LOGIN-NAME and also if the shortcodes function in the free version too!?

    The shortcodes work in Free, and in Pro. ?? The vendor login name would be the vendors user_login. e.g., if you are using your user_login for www.remarpro.com, it would be “arshadazad”.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for your immediate help, however, i am still facing the same issue. please see in the attachment is the settings are correct and if there anything more i gotta do… thanks much… appreciate your help.

    Snapshot 1: Is it the username that we have to to update i.e. [wcv_products vendor=”arshhad.a”]

    or i am i supposed to do it differently.

    Thats strange… I have tried with it… It failed me…
    I tried listing the products of just one specific vendor, however it pulled the products by others too…

    If it shows all products, it means there’s something wrong with the vendors username. Try adding a vendor with the username “testvendor”, create 1 product for the testvendor, and then try the shortcode out. Let me know!
