No product display in custom view of Ultimate Product Catalog

  • Hi,
    I have installed premium version of Ultimate product catalog plugin. It displays the product in default layout but when I try to change the layout to custom it does not display any product, my page goes blank.
    Some more information I should provide you that I have developed my theme myself and everything else is working fine but ultimate product catalog.
