Page mapping add a new wesite

Hi Dennis,

Few weeks ago, I installed successfully your module on a multisite WordPress. Everything was working fine.

I had:
fr.domainname.com
it.domainname.com
nl.domainname.com

Recently, I have added a new website https://www.domainname.com

But I cannot associate the Dutch page with the English page. I did set up the switch between the Dutch version and the French and Italian. It was working fine.
