Ajax not grabbing custom meta data

Can you send me url of website and also let me know how you showing custom meta data on product page? any plugin used or any custom function. So i can look into specific part to resolve.

If you want to see it move to the cart page, the one variable I have set up is blue-blue-white-white with a white box color.
