Comment Opt-In

My website is https://www.postgradandpostcards.com.
When someone leaves a comment on my posts, I had the plug in set to automatically place a “Sign up for the email list too” field and have it automatically checked. I can’t remember how I did this but I want to change it.
I still want to have the checkbox asking people if they want to sign up when they comment, but I do not want it to be automatically checked.
How do I do this?
