    Please add the CSS code into the extreme end of your current them’s style.css file.

    	content: none !important;
    }

    Thanks for the advice, however I’m not inclined to mess with any of the back end of the site (not my strength) – I’ll have to find an alternative plug in.

    Thanks Rayprince for the quick response. Actually, the quotation symbols are coming because of your current theme’s CSS and to override those you may have play with the css a bit.

    rayprince – not sure if you found a solution or not but the solution presented is actually really easy to do (and I am always really nervous about messing with code too). I just copied the code mentioned above and pasted it at the very bottom, clicked update and it worked!

    The thing I’ve gotten more confident in is that if you paste something in the code it can just as easily be taken back out if it messes things up. I am just always careful and it always works fine in the end.
