    There are no ads. There is an email list opt-in but that shouldn’t affect any functionality.

    That’s an ad. It looks and behaves like an ad. And there seems to be some buggy behavior with adding fields when that shows up. Can you maybe I get that you want people to opt in. You need to make a buck. Can you move it to the top of the form listing page and not have in on the manage page?
