Is there a plugin that allows you to create a tutorial for your website?

Title says it all really. I have been on a lot of websites recently that have tutorials / tour that highlight different parts of a page showing a new user around the site.

I have no idea what to search for to find a plugin like this, so wondered if anyone could shed some light on how to do something like this?
